A little room to unwind.
Each room has a California king bed and accommodates up to two guests, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and bathrobes. Rooms are individually decorated; photographs show a selection of the estate.

Walk three blocks to downtown restaurants and tasting rooms, with First Street Napa and Oxbow Public Market nearby. For winery visits beyond downtown, plan your transportation separately; travel times vary by destination and traffic.

Good mornings. Slow afternoons.
Chef-prepared breakfast, the heated outdoor pool, spa, traditional sauna, Wi-Fi and guest parking are included in your stay.
Breakfast is served from 8:30–10 a.m. in the historic tasting room, with seasonal fruit, pastries and hot dishes. The menu changes with the season.
Tell us about dietary needs at least 24 hours ahead so we can discuss suitable arrangements. The pool is open 8 a.m.–9 p.m.; the sauna is open 7 a.m.–9 p.m.. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Built in 1889, Hennessey Estate preserves its Victorian woodwork and remarkable hand-painted pressed-tin ceiling. The tasting room is a place for breakfast, conversation and gathering.
For a full estate stay, ask us about private dining, wine experiences or using the room for a meeting. These arrangements are planned with the estate team.

One accessible Classic room has a California king bed and an ensuite roll-in shower. Contact the estate before booking to confirm that specific room is available and suitable for your stay. Selecting the Classic category alone does not confirm the accessible room.
We can discuss your route from parking, entrances, bathroom features, and access to shared spaces. Please confirm the details you need; the historic estate’s other rooms and areas have different access arrangements.

- Confirm the cancellation deadline and refund terms for your selected rate and stay type.
If payment or cancellation details are unclear, contact us to confirm before completing your reservation. Room stays and full estate buyouts can have different terms.

06 · YOUR PEOPLE, YOUR PLACE
The estate. All yours.
A full estate stay includes all ten guest rooms for up to 20 overnight guests. Look for Total Buyout in the booking calendar, or contact us to plan your stay.
Enjoy exclusive use of the pool, spa, sauna, gardens and historic tasting room. Private-chef dinners and packed lunches can be arranged with the team; confirm availability and additional charges when planning.
Share your preferred dates, flexibility, overnight guest count and occasion. Two nights on normal weekends; three nights on holiday and peak dates. Contact us about weekday arrangements.
Gatherings, events and additional day visitors need advance approval from management. Event fees, restrictions and separate arrangements may apply; reserving accommodation does not by itself approve an event.

Stay for a weekday business visit, or bring your team together with a full estate buyout. The historic tasting room can host meetings with a 55-inch presentation TV and property-wide Wi-Fi.

Weddings and events require a full property buyout. Keep your closest people together, with ten rooms for up to 20 overnight guests and the estate as the setting for your celebration.
Share your date, overnight guests and total event attendance. Events can include up to 50 people: 20 overnight guests and up to 30 additional day attendees, who do not need to stay overnight. We’ll discuss catering, vendors, timing and event fees before you commit.
