Can we host a daytime event without an overnight stay?
No. Weddings and events require a full property buyout of all ten rooms with an overnight stay. Daytime-only venue rentals are not available.
How many guests can the estate accommodate?
Weddings and events require a full property buyout of all ten rooms with an overnight stay. Daytime-only venue rentals are not available. Host up to 20 overnight guests and up to 30 additional day attendees, for a maximum of 50 people. Additional day attendees do not need to stay overnight.
What is the minimum stay for events?
Full estate buyouts require two nights on normal weekends and three nights on holiday and peak dates. Contact us for your dates, including weekday arrangements.
Can we bring outside caterers?
Yes. We provide chef-prepared breakfast each morning but partner with Napa Valley's best caterers for event meals and receptions. Our concierge can recommend trusted vendors.
Is there space for a ceremony?
Our Victorian gardens and pool deck are both popular ceremony locations, offering a beautiful backdrop with mature trees and manicured grounds.
How far in advance should we book?
6–12 months for weddings, 3–6 months for corporate retreats, and 4–6 months for BottleRock and peak weekends. Earlier is always better for the best availability.
Do you provide event coordination?
Our concierge team helps with vendor referrals, restaurant reservations, and custom itineraries. For full weddings, we recommend hiring a dedicated wedding planner for day-of coordination.
