How many guests can the estate accommodate?
The estate has 10 luxury guest rooms that sleep up to 20 overnight guests. Our Victorian gardens and pool deck can host ceremonies and receptions for up to 50 guests.
What is the minimum stay for events?
We require a 2-night minimum for estate buyouts. Holiday and peak weekends (e.g., BottleRock, harvest season) require a 3-night minimum.
Can we bring outside caterers?
Yes. We provide chef-prepared breakfast each morning but partner with Napa Valley's best caterers for event meals and receptions. Our concierge can recommend trusted vendors.
Is there space for a ceremony?
Our Victorian gardens and pool deck are both popular ceremony locations, offering a beautiful backdrop with mature trees and manicured grounds.
How far in advance should we book?
6–12 months for weddings, 3–6 months for corporate retreats, and 4–6 months for BottleRock and peak weekends. Earlier is always better for the best availability.
Do you provide event coordination?
Our concierge team helps with vendor referrals, restaurant reservations, and custom itineraries. For full weddings, we recommend hiring a dedicated wedding planner for day-of coordination.
